I can help you shift from a self-protective stance to a more open, connected and loving space. In therapy, you will practice acting with kindness and appreciation and compassion, opening a closed heart, telling the painful truth, letting go of needing to be “right”, and playing.
After a few sessions of initial consultation and exploration, you and your partner should be able to identify “my” work, “your” work, and “our” work, and be aware of what you are trying to put into practice outside of the therapy session.
Your task is not to seek love
But merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself
That you have built.
